How does the fuse block mount? 1956 62 series

I have a picture of the location but can't figure how it mounts. I must be missing a backing plate or something. I removed all of the sound deadening material and it still isn't clear to me how it mounts.

Ray,

You are missing the firewall insulator pad inside the cabin, there are two slots cut which the fuse box will mount, those will be just behind the glove box.
