1974 Eldorado front shock replacement recommendation

Also, as a part of suspension rebuild project, researching best option for front shocks. Lots of weight up front! I was told that the engine and transmission combination weight in excess of 1100 lbs!!  Not a time to skimp on shocks. Not sure what’s on the car now, dark blue, no markings, could be old AC Delco’s......anyways, any strong recommendations on front shocks?

To get that weight, they must be including the final drive.  I have had
good luck with KYB shocks, KG4531 front and KG5573 rear if you give
up the air leveling on my 79 Eldo, different on 76 by my book.

Air ride was disabled by previous owner, air shocks on the back at present. They seem to be ok
