FYI only: This one came across my desk today.   www.cont2r.com    "contour"

They make custom steering wheels to spec.   I didn't look into price, because I'm not in the market.   I use the "great cover-up" stitch-on leather steering wheel wraps if they aren't that bad, like wheelskins, etc.   about $80 and 2 hours work.
It's a major chore to "restore" the factory wheels when they age ungracefully, so just another good looking alternative.   Plus the epoxy/paint technique is not usually factory, won't last, and it costs an arm and a leg to get it restored by recast, but those recast guys can do beautiful work, if you have the pockets.
