I like the idea of watching the coolant move around but will these hold up??

Or do you just use these to setup the motor?.....evaluating the water pump?

These are on a 1934 Cadillac for sale on eBay.

Using those hoses as normal hoses is not a good idea as they will eventually break down because of the constant heating and cooling cycles that radiator hoses undertake during their life.

They might hold up, but UGLY is the Key word here >:D.... I have the Gano's on mine also. Good Idea on a Flathead regarding the "Crud" issue. Mike, you have too much free time on your hands if you're watching Coolant circulate .........

I'm not sure I like the idea of using something designed to go between the water pump and water tank in my house, on my car.  That's all that tubing appears to be.

The gano filter.... Very good item, I used on my 66 mustang because of the clay block issues, it worked to perfection, I was having clogged rad core, after installing and cleaning every week, the problem fixed! And you can see the coolant whenever and see how it looks.
