The Fleetwood Brougham Coupe & Sedan were basically upscale versions of the Coupe & Sedan deVille but were otherwise essentially the same cars.

Exterior differences mainly consisted of wider bright rocker trim on Fleetwoods and more thickly padded vinyl roofs which extended further into the rear window which heightened the formal look of the premium Fleetwood series.

Interior trim was also more elaborate in the Fleetwoods with thicker carpeting with richer looking upholstery designs than used in the DeVilles. Later Fleetwood Brougham refinements included special power seat adjusters designed for quiet operation while DeVilles got the standard (noisy) version and the list of standard equipment on Broughams increased as the years went by.

All Fleetwood Broughams were standard with opera (roof) lamps, rear seat reading lights, Level Ride & dual six-way power front seats up until 1985.

Aside of vinyl roofs which required slightly different roof pillar designs, there is probably not a single trim assembly that would not be a direct fit from one model to the other- Coupe for Coupe, Sedan for Sedan.
