Hi, would someone please advise me on how to retrieve a copy of the self-nomination form on the website. I looked all over the site to no avail. Thank you!

There is only one reward I would like at a show, and that is to
have the most total speedo miles of any car there.  Bruce Roe

That would probably be the 1st time in human history the owners of those 5 digit speedometers would exaggerate to the other extreme.  I could hear it now, "So Mr. Anderson... that 1964 Coupe deVille has 529,xxx miles on it and not 129,xxx or 229,xxx ?  Yes sir.... seen that thing spin over at least 5 times!"

Of course that would be the same car advertised with original 29K miles the month before in Hemmings Motor News!  ;)

I did not want any such arguments on my 62 (and some later
cars), you will note the 6 digits I set up.  Over 200K, this one is
still in the trophy collection.  The 80 entered a mileage contest
with an oil change outfit.  They wanted to see records of new
mufflers and oil changes, but my 304 SS exhaust is lifetime and
I change the oil myself.  But they accepted the 6 digit reading
around 300K, not enough for first place.

This 01 came with 6 digits, serving as we write and now well on
the way to 500K.  The oil has been changed 57 times.  Bruce Roe

To Tom Boehm, I followed the instructions regarding the award. One of the two was getting the form on the website. Do you, or anyone else know how to retrieve it?

Go to the CLC Home Page and search DeCou up top in search box. I found it in a couple of clicks.  Here is a direct link: https://cdn.ymaws.com/www.cadillaclasalleclub.org/resource/resmgr/national_awards/decou_award_application_v201.pdf

I have also attached it.
