Hello everyone. Is the dash on a '37 LaSalle removable ? Seems like repair manual says not but the Cadillac model 60 is. Basically they are the same… Anyone ever take one out ?  Thanks … John C. Lehman … CLC # 26365...

Hi John,
37 50 and 60 are the same. I can look in the body manual and confirm later today.

The main dash which houses the instruments, glove box, etc is removable. There are a series of screws holding it in place. The surrounding structure it attaches to is part of the body (I believe).      Harry

I am going to take my '37 LaSalle dash out this week and it appears as though there is just a series of screws at the top holding it in.

Many of the screws are hidden under the screen rubber.
