I have recently purchased a 67 calais 2dr coupe. I am getting ready to replace front and rear floor pans. Are there drains for the water to run out in the rear quarter window area? Water is coming out where the side panel meets the floor pan.

Look for a blockage in the inside, or at the bottom of the sill panel.

Could be blocked with dirt from the inside, or even by someone painting rust proofing under the car, and covering the drain slots.
