472/500 Oil Pressure Switch Removal

Howdy.  Need to replace my oil pressure switch but my special socket won't fit over it.  It is too close to the block.

What have all of you used to unscrew these?  Maybe I just need a better socket (thinner wall)?

I could not find a socket to fit, so I made my own using some thin wall tubing.  Now I use this tool https://www.ebay.com/p/1123777742
