63 Fin tail light

We have a 63 combination coach, the fin lights are a single contact. Would like to change them to a double contact bulb to make them ; stop, turn, and tail. Problem is there is not enough room for a #1157 bulb to fit behind the lens. Has anyone changed theirs and what bulb # was used?  Thanks in advance.

You need to be worried about heat build up. I have had a car come in with the fin lens melted from this mod.  Look into LED lights inside the fin. I dont need to mention just how rare the CC/75 63 fin lenses are.
