Need data tag decoded please. Also have a question concerning this tag, why is there no month and week stamped in upper left hand corner of plate, or I guess a better question is what year did that take place? Thank you for any info on this one and for any insight on the 1960  model year data plate. Joe

I've seen 1960 model year tags with and without the date code so my guess is that it began sometime mid production.

This coincides with the relatively early body number (for a Series 62 Coupe) shown on this tag.
A Cadillac Motorcar is a Possession for which there is no Acceptable Substitute
