1957   What is the normal vacuum at what rpm?

Try the shop manual.   I think there's some info there or in the "thoro check" manual for expected range at idle.  I know the vacuum advance degrees are listed by vacuum.    I don't go by absolute vacuum readings, elevation dependent, etc. but have a gauge installed for quick diagnosis.   I've done away with most of the vacuum items.
Might be in the specifications manual, but doubt.   There's several sheets in there with all the specs.

I believe I have 22 lbs at 600 rpm on my 1958. Haven’t checked it in years.
