Hello ,
Almost a year later after Purchasing My 1970 Coupe De Ville I received a envolope in the mail yesterday with some very important items that were kept in pristine condition .  I  used the paint program to delete the Vin number and the Key codes . I purchased the car from the Great Grandson of the original owner . He was kind enough to send these documents to me .

Wow!  That's great.  The more documentation and provenance the better!

Very Nice.

I have a similar set of docs & manuals for the 1968 DVC. It's really cool to have the original protect a plate and the warranty book (don't think they still made these in 1970) with the car serial number punched in the end of the warranty book.
Regards,

Those documents are invaluable for provenance and cool factor. Your coupe came down the line probably a day or 3 from my Convertible. My vin is only about 400 cars after yours.

It’s always very cool to have all of that stuff.
I have an extra 1970 salesman’s data book if you are interested in more literature.
It is very interesting to read.

I agree Frank , Its like having the birth certificate for your car . You keep it all in a very safe Place .  Who knows maybe in anoth year he might find the Window sticker .

That’s great! It’s always cool to have all the original documents for your car.
I am the 3rd owner of my 68 CdV, the second owner only had it a little over a year, and I not only have the original owners manual with metal protecto-plate, I also have every service and repair record since it’s first alignment in ‘69! Actually fun reading and seeing the $ amounts back then, and how they have changed over the decades.
