I CHECKED THE ONE OF THE LIGHTS AND THE GROUND WAS FINE BUT NO POWER AT IT, ANYONE EVER HAD THIS PROBLEM? LOOKING FOR SOME  TIPS OR TRICKS THAT CAN HELP POINT ME IN THYE RITE DIRECTION, NEED HELP THANKS!!

I had the same issue on my '69, if the wires are the sam, you should have  an Orange and a White wire that runs your interior, and ciggarette lighter and clock.  The orange is always hot, white is also hot, until you turn the headlight switch counter clockwise grounding the white wire and therefore completing a circuit.

Try grounding one of the lights, if it comes on, the issue is most likely the headlight switch.

Hope this helps,  I still do not have Door lights, but that's a separate issue.

I had the same issue and had to replace the door jamb switches; one was missing. The original three prong wasn't grounding completely and caused several blown fuses.  I replaced with a two prong one from OPG because I read that three prong ones are unobtanium.  That got all the lights working when the door(s) opens, but still chasing down on getting the back seat ones to go off when the door shuts. (just took out bulbs for now)
