68 eldorado vent window crooked when retracted

68 eldorado driver side vent window does not retract uniformly.  Results in a crooked window when retracted.  Any ideas what needs to be fixed or how to dig into that area to expose the mechanics?  Other vent window works correctly...

Sounds like you have a broken locating roller.

These plastic parts don't last forever.   I make my own replacements out of Nylon.
