Looking for a person to help evaluate a 1936 Cadillac S70 convertible. The project car at a large facility in Morgantown Pennsylvania. I live in California and would appreciate help with a visual inspection. Yes, she has rust but it hard to determine how bad. The car is listed in Hemmings at 59k. Thank you.
