They are the same from 1939 to 1952.  Part number 151 2015.  Here is one for sale on ebay:

You can get it from these guys:

mykmlifestyle . com              (sorry, for some reason, the forum software is rejecting the url - look them up)  They show to have the 6v temperature sending units available

They are no longer posting prices on their website, but you can call for info.
