Does anyone have a link for this specific filler section?
A Cadillac Motorcar is a Possession for which there is no Acceptable Substitute

All of the filler suppliers sell this part.
It's the easiest to deal with me cause it gets painted grey.
Should also have an Unleaded Fuel sticker on it after you paint it.

None of the reproduction have the underside brackets needed for the metal "T" shaped retainers to push against. I had to fabricate my own to get the ABS unit I have to fit right at all.

That is not my experience with either the fiberglass or the ABS parts. Then again, it's probably been decades since someone has seen how a real one should fit.
