76 eldo Trans kickdown switch, non Finjected

Carb car, if that matters. Found loose connector. And it turns out it is the kickdown switch connector. Also found no switch on the bracket. Is the kickdown switch only used on fuel injected models, or am I missing the switch? I have never floored it to see if it actually kicks down.

Nice. I flew with VXE-6 89-92 on LC-130's, had a blast.

We served around the same time then.  VXE-6 is a really unusual assignment.  Must have been something.
