67 Cadillac Deville convertible power issue

my 67 deville has no power to hydraulic convertible pump, windows, seats,  or back lights.. head lights and radio works.. all fuses appears to be good.. any suggestion would be appreciated.. thanks

Can't help you with the location of the Fusible Links in the '67, but with the '71 and on, there are three that come off the Starter Motor main terminal, and junction into the body wiring loom via a connector.

Like Bruce already said is also true for the '67: the fusible links are (or should be) the starter motor. There are three in total. Two are 16 gauage and one is 18 gauge.
Attached is a picture taken from the '67 shop manual. Hope this helps.
Hopefully someone did not mess with the wiring. On mine someone did and replaced all three fusible links with plain terminal blocks.... And I drove it for ten years without knowing. I was blissfully unaware :D.

Now you have to figure out if the Fusible Link actually fused from overloading, or a short, or broke due to vibrations.

When my '72 Eldo blew its Fusible Link, it was due to a chafing issue, and shorted out.
