1957 Eldorado Restoration help

I am restoring a 57 Eldorado Biarritz. I'm doing a frame off rotisserie restoration. Does anyone sell the A/C resistor and the heater resistor that goes on the cowl? I have attached pictures of the resistors.
I have attached a photo of our project. A ton of work still to do!

You might go to the Standard Motor Products web site and contact them directly for a dual connection on one end.. I wouldn't think the make reproductions, but they've made replacement parts for OEM since 1919.

Very impressive undertaking you have there!
