67 deville shifter needle

Another small headache. Got the steering column in, it works. Tilting and sliding in and out, but noticed the absence of a gear indicator needle. Purchased the needle at Cadillacville, but it seems I am missing some kind of fixture with an allen screw. The shop manual doesn't provide any more info than the presence of an allen screw. Can anyone shine some light on the darkness below my dash?

It drove me nuts, but thanks to Kristy of Cadillacville I got it. Impossible to locate withe column installed, so the two pictures she sent were lifesaving. I might help someone sharing these pics.
