I will be attending the CLC 2021 Reunion in Orlando next week and I am wondering who else is going. I would like to use the opportunity to meet some of you from here if you will be there.

Please no political or COVID comments about the event, keep this to only those who will be attending  ;D

WOW!!! We can post now?

I was set up to attend, but work got in the way. I had to cancel my plans.  But, hey, that's why they pay me the big bucks!

The only event I will be able to attend is the museum over here in Melbourne. I'll be there for probably the duration of the event and I'll have the '69 Fleetwood as my transportation.

Looking forward to meeting some of my local members.

I really, REALLY hope this is a successful event for the CLC and everyone has a BLAST. Couldn't be a more perfect state to have this reunion in. For the weather, of course. LOL! Hope there's a dedicated 'reunion' thread set up with LOTS of pictures of people and cars. Have fun folks.

This will be my first CLC event, looking forward to meeting you all; will go in my 52 cdv.

It is my understanding there will be no late or on site registration.  This event includes 2 dinners, 2 lunches and 3 car collections/museum tours via motor coach. There will be no car show like at a Grand National, and most people will be driving daily drivers or flying in. I will be driving my daily driver, a 2013 Escalade EXT, which happens to be a Cadillac.  The hospitality suite will be open during certain hours where you can meet-up with members.   If you bring your 1952 Cadillac, there will be members (including myself) that would be interested in seeing it, but there will not be a set aside area for CLC cars.  Also, perhaps you can buy a ticket for one of the dinners, but I would check with the registrar Cynthia Rutledge via email at cyndiann1@hotmail.com.

In this case, sorry, there isn't room for one more. All chartered buses are full, and the venues being visited required a head count in advance and those counts have already been given to the venues. In case you're wondering who I am, the event registrar and I live together.

FYI for Attendees who are renting a car:
Check the current rates.  I checked current rental car rates today and found that I could save almost $100 by cancelling and re-booking.

See you there.
...and yes, John, I remember you.

The weather?  brrrrr, it's been downright COLD here the past 5 days. Even past "Florida cold" (below 60). Real Jan weather here, but it's supposed to lift today. Must have been a jet stream shift or something - or was it global warming  :P  anyway, I'll be there but not with the 1968 DVC because it's STILL getting worked on. I'll take the 1996 Fleetwood and the boss lady will be in her 2011 CTS Prem Ed.

It was 40oF in Jacksonville at 03:30 this morning, but the days are supposed to be in the mid 70's. So, soak it up and enjoy. I just wish that I could enjoy the entire event and not just a few hours of one day.
