Cadillac Fleetwood

I am assisting the owner of a 1967 Eldorado with tilt and telescoping steering column.  I am seeking two "Kent-Moore" tools to remove the part of the steering column jacket which houses the directional signal switch:

"Actuator Cover Remover", J-22598, and "Slide Hammer", J-6125.  These are depicted in the FSM.

For the same car, I am also in need of a directional signal switch (I know, I can already hear the gales of laughter...) and the portion of throttle cable which connects the cruise control "brain box" to the carburetor.

Please communicate with me through PM on this site.  Thanks!
