The outside mirror glass on the driver side of my car is loose, not the mirror housing which is rock solid, just the glass part.
i've searched around here and elsewhere, but not found a fix for this.
Anybody know how to fix this?
Thanks.

You have to rotate it every way you can to see some Phillips screws to possibly tighten.
The other thing I have seen is if the remote cable isn't routed correctly inside the door the mirror can be loose. The cable routing puts a little tension on the inner cable that keeps the mirror adjustment slightly tight so the mirror doesn't flop around. Sounds odd but it's true.
Maybe Charles Fares can explain better.

If it is a broken adjustment cable, there are 3, they can be difficult to repair.
