'Should' be the same as hydraulic. R/R, L/R, R/F, L/F.
The master should respond the same way as a vacuum controlled master.

Actually there  is a procedure  for bleeding the power brake unit, 2 bleeders involved, then onto the wheels as you mentioned.

It wasn't stated as to whether the Hydro-Vac unit was being bled. I 'assumed' the OP meant the wheels.

You don't bleed it like regular brakes. Need to bleed the booster 1st.
