1966 Outlet Codes

I just got the build sheet data from Allied Vaughan and was curious if anyone has a list of dealer codes for 1966?

The Eldorado was shipped to Outlet Code 582819.  This car has California Emissions, so at least thats a clue

The Limo was shipped to Outlet Code 943110.  This car lived in Texas but MAY have been part of a Government order
