Would anybody know where I could obtain the Special Caster and Camber Ajusting Tool #J-4691 to fit the eccentric bushing on a 53 Cad front end?

Contact Snap-on, they may have a source.  Contact Cadillac, they too may know of a source.

Paul,

The tool is nothing more than a Crowfoot Open end Wrench, 1 7/16".

My old Snap-on catalog shows these in 3/8" square drive.

You might check to see if Snap-on, Mac, or any of the other tool sellers still have these.

Good Luck

You may also want to try the Sears BIG tool catalog at a local retail store. They have wrenches up to three inches in there, and an amazing array of odd stuff, like stubby metric flare nut wrenches. They also carry oxygen sensor sockets and other modern PITA tools.
