In a funeral procession, the hearst blows a motor and the casket is removed and thrown in the back of a pick-up truck, movie is circa 1990, must have been an HT-4100.  We all share our stories on the HT-4100, but I never envisioned its true impact to families!  UGH!!  Im going back to my Columbo movies.
