difference between 1958 series 62 coupe hardtop and a coupe deville...

can anyone tell the exterior difference

I believe that the only difference in the exterior was the "Coupe de Ville" badge while the interior was quite a bit nicer in the CDV and those differences apply to most, if not all, years that the two models were produced together.
