Can anyone tell me where to get the insert sleeves that join the exhaust manifold pieces together?

Hello, Larry:

Im not sure how to address this as this is intended as a non-commercial venue, however, we do make the sleeves you want.

Unfortunately, they are custom made to fit each manifold, and we have to have the manifold as well in order to clean up the sleeve bores and fit the new sleeves to them.  Im not the technical guy here, but I do know that it has been difficult to properly engineer the solution as they must remain pressure tight as the metal expands and contracts, but it does work.  I had a 31 V16 we did this too, and it worked perfectly.  I am now working on a 33 V16, and we just yesterday removed the engine and will do the sleeves on it too.

We use a milling machine with special jigs to clean up the manifold sections, and the sleeves are made on CNC equipment.  Im afraid thats the limit of my technical knowledge.  For more information, you can call Don McLellan, our shop manager, at (519) 352-4575 - he created the process.
