All, have you taken apart an old relay or some-other componant that has "Mica" insualation in it and ruined the "MICA"?
Not to fret, just go to your local shop that does counter-tops and they will give you scraps of "FORMICA",or go to a kitchen shop and get a sample or two, same stuff, only colored on one side.
You can cut it to size useing shears or tin-snipps.
Most likely you will have to drill holes in it. Just get some rivets the same size as the drill-bit used to remove the old rivets.
