Can you say modified with a Cadillac engine ?

Might as well use the best you can get your hands on.

Not that I would bother but the Northstar engines are popular, make mine a 472/500.

Pooter if I recall correctly you have never owned a 472/500.  My offer of one still stands for that 67.

You cant be too choosey if the free car is a 67 with a good 429. She runs strong and idles smooth, better than my 66 429, must be the Rochester carb, I think my 66 Carter still has an issue after the rebuild, a vacuum leak, dont know yet, would help to get it out on the road for a drive.

If I ever add another Cadillac to the collection a 472/500 would be a must. A 68 Eldo would be sweet, Im getting tired of all these CDVs I have, a series 75 would be the coolest of cool.

Best of all they are Cadillacs.

I need to put this politically correct so here is a quote from me:

"If I dont give you a hard time then it means I dont like you."

Just wait until you see the color of the 472 with factory correct cork in the crank hub no less.
