When were cigar/cigarette lighters first offered in Cadillacs???

Dewane, I dont know the first year offered, but, my 38 La Salle has one. (factory installed, part of the dash)

So far as I can tell from reading the yearly specifications in the Cadillac Database, a "cigar lighter" (on an extension cord)is first mentioned as standard equipment on the 1923 models :
