My 1967 Cadillac Fleetwood 75 limo use to be a State Presidents car in South Africa. Can anybody estemate the value. It is in a very good running condition. Thanks Rassie.

Gday Rassie,

Seeing as the car is still in South Africa, then it is impossible to put a value on it.

And, having been a Presidential vehicle, then, again, it would all depend on who was the President at the time, and if he had any claim to fame which might make it more valuable than say, if Nelson Mandella graffitised it, and the markings were still there.

If it was in Australia, the fact that it was an Official vehicle, it wouldnt make that much difference, as we dont pander to that sort of thing, whereas in USA, they go berserk over famously owned vehicles.

The biggest problem with valuing any vehicle is taking into account the requirements of things like freight, if someone wants to buy it and take it to another Country.

Lastly, sight unseen, it could be worth between say, $5,000 to $20,000, or even more, or less.   Plus, I can hardly see it being used as an everyday transport vehicle, due to the rapidly rising fuel costs.
