Can anyone tell me the part # for a 1949 Cadillac oil pump.
I bought a rebuilt one and it is not the same pump that I
pulled out of my engine.

Mike,

Looking at the Master Parts Book, 49 thru 53 were the same. Part #145 3323 is the pump housing number. (complete pumps wernt offered until 54) Hope this helps.

They are on eBay all the time. Thats where I got mine. Mine covers up to 1959. So was that part # I gave you on your pump housing somewhere?
