How do I remove the backs from the front seat of my 1970 Coupe DeVille?

By chance, I have a 1969 Fisher body manual. Can you please e-mail me by clicking on my name, and I will scan the pages and send them to you. Please let me know what kind of seat you have. It seems to list  strato front seats, and then instructions on strato seats with reclining RH front seat. 1969 and 1970 should have the same instructions.
