Who fixes power window switches?

Any sources, 67 Eldorado driver’s side door switches do not operate the any windows unless the master switch is in the emergency mode.  A working master switch was installed.

  Im not sure about this particular car, but usually you can just pop the switches apart and clean the contacts with some fine sandpaper, and contact cleaner spray.  They may have some little metal tabs that you have to bend outward to get them apart.  These switches are strange...you can check them with an ohmeter and they check OK, but you plug them in and they dont work.

The switches are pretty easy to fix as Denise described.  I think youre problem is probably a short in one of the wires that pass from the door to the car.  The easiest way Ive found to fix this is to isolate the problem wire and then perform "bypass surgery".  Fish a piece of new wire through the harness and connect it on either end of the bad wire.
