There was an article around November/December of 2004 in an issue of Autoweek magazine reporting that Cadillac Motor Car Division had turned down an offer of $10 million for the (2003?) Sixteen concept car (said to have been an offer from a Middle Eastern Oil Sheik!)--maybe had they built a few of them, they could have really helped out General Motors. Since Im familiar with that article, Id like to know details about the sale of that car, if it has been sold.

Oh boy, another one.. 10 Million? Give it to Craig Jackson.. He can get you 20 million..  I thought several were built, not just one. Ill take one of the Royales for that kind of money or a half dozen SJ Duesenbergs.

Where is the documentation for this fact ?

GM has no history for selling rare one off show cars until many decades later, if ever.

A search on Google shows nothing here.
