hey thanks for the info you guys have been very helpfull.i picked the car up in sc were it sat for a while.i do have the state emission test that go back to 40,000,in 1982.now it reads 65,000.the sun was bad on this car three conv tops,ac belt is off,the levering sys does not work.well ether way the body is in good shape.yea and dont believe people that sells cars on ebay.i bought this 76 eldo conv from sc and a 47 olds cpe only 750 made ist year auto trans from tenn and both people lied to the hilt,high res.never again.    george

  75-76 Eldo ragtop is on my list of Cars I would buy if I could handle any more cars.   I would have the light blue metallic paint with the white interior.

  There are plenty of people here who have experience with these cars, if you need mechanical help.
