Help again please from this very useful site and all the members that responded last time. I have a very stock 68 2 door Calais (ex California - featured page 16, Cadillacs around the world - GN Book). A while ago i sourced some ears (fit into steering column) which i hoped would remedy the problem i have with my indicator lever in that it wont stay in place when used. The base piece the ears sits on apparently is also worn so much that the ears cant hold the mechanism in place.

Does anyone know where i may source this base-piece, a replacement part or is it exchangeable with a Buick, Olds etc. part?

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. This is a great site to source info from. Ron Melville, Cadillac La Salle Club of New Zealand (way down under!)
