in restoring my 55 convertible i now have come to the point where ill need to have some items redone by outside shops and would welcome the groups advice/recommendations on the following:

1) steering wheel - this has some cracks/chips/breaks in the clear colored grip that will need to be filled in and refinished.  any shops around that do this?

2) radio - needs a thorough going over.  it still scans but wont settle in on any one station anymore.

3) autronic eye - works but stays on all the time.

4) top - best source for replacement material.

thanks in adnvance,
jerry

I could answer your first question,

Garys Steering wheel does really nice work. I had the Steering wheel done on my 70 DeVille. It came out so nice I dont want to touch it :) Heres the link to their site. Check out the pics.  http://www.dealsonwheels.com/parts/garys/ TARGET=_blank>http://www.dealsonwheels.com/parts/garys/
