Im not sure I understand your question. Are you looking for a steering wheel puller?

I m not sure of the question either, if you are looking for a steering wheel adapter to mount a custom/after-market wheel then I would think the steering wheel manufacturer would have the correct adapter.  If not youre pretty much on your own.
