I keep seeing this can someone tell what it is?

Rusty Shepherd CLC 6397

Its "80 Years of Cadillac and La Salle" by Walter M. P. McCall and published by Crestline. It has a picture of every model Cadillac made between 1902 and 1982 with a detailed caption below each one.  There is an introductory page for each year in addition to separate sections covering both the first (OHV) and second (flathead) V-16s.

Not sure if it is still in print or not.  You could probably find it on Ebay.

There are several of this book now available on Amazon.com.  Go to http://www.amazon.com TARGET=_blank>www.amazon.com and enter the name of the book in the block and you will find several good used for $50 and a new one for $75. I just bought a good used for $50, as have had good experience in the past with Amazon - books always as described and normally fast delivery.

Another good book is "LaSalle - Cadillacs Companion Car", which give much technical information on the LaSalle - this is a must for any LaSalle owner and is in print and available through the Cadillac-LaSalle Club (see back page of current 2007 Membership Directory for ad - $69.95 + S&H). You can call the CLC at (614) 478-4622 to place an order for this book.
