I HAVE REBUILD AND RECHROMED 1 OF THE 1955 SABRE WHEELS. I HAVE THE NEWLY CHROMED CENTRE PRESSED BACK INTO THE OUTER STEEL WHEEL, BUT CAN NOT FIND A SUPPLIER FOR THE ORIGINAL RIVETS. DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A SUPPLIER?

Anthony -

Three sources here.

I know I saw them in USA Parts Supplys catalog
(www.usapartssupply.com) - about $3 each as I recall, or if you want the best, try Mike Rizutto at Mastermind (try
http://www.mastermindinc.net TARGET=_blank>www.mastermindinc.net
Might even be stainless steel if I know Mike...

You might also try Valley Wire Wheel in California - 818-785-7237, since this guy restores Sabres (and he aint cheap...)
Having talked to him, he insists the riveting process requires a massive press and is the most critical step in restoring these wheels...

For the record, these are all sources right out of the Cadillac Parts pages of Hemmings Motor News.
