Thanks for the wonderful documentation - I look forward to following the restoration for the next couple of years - you are going faster than my project!

I agree, wholeheartedly, that you are doing a great job. I really like the photoblog too. I only wish my restoration was moving faster. My deadline is to be done by the time my kids get married. I have a 3-month old daughter, so I figure I have at least 18 years. 2025 is a looonnnggg way off. On a side note, where did you get that organizer mat under the engine internals?

Nice work, Diego!  That is a very informative chronicle of your project and your attention to detail and craftsmanship are evident.  You will have a beautiful machine when its all completed.

for some reason, youre not the only one thinking I am moving faster... if you look at the few dates I mention, youll realize that Ill probably have the car ready for your daughters wedding too... I can bring on the best man, if you want... :-))

the car got in Italy in 2003, and its moving on very very slowly indeed. :-)

http://www.goodson.com/ TARGET=_blank>http://www.goodson.com/  their catalog is pure porno for engine (re)builders!!  I think Eastwood has the head organizer tray (for valves and springs, etc), which Goodson also has, but theyre the only one with the camshaft/pistons/pushrods tray... pretty neat, although its not really very strong, so you have to be careful when you move it around...

thanks everybody for the compliments!!
