What happend in the last couple months or so? 6 months ago, I saw countless Caddy flatheads on eBay going unsold with no reserve and a minimum bid of $100. Now, that I am casually looking, I have seen them selling for $500-$650. Granted, these are complete engines supposedly pulled from running cars "a couple months ago", but still... Why is it that it seems like I am always looking for what someone else wants, and therefore the price is driven up? Oh well, I really should wait until I have the space in my garage to store an engine anyways.
