My 1956 Sedan de Ville was originally ordered with the trunk pulldown. After 50 odd years the thing has become unreliable. The problem looks to be worn contacts in the switch where the trunk lid connects. Not sure if this is also known as the microswitch. Does any one know if these are available as reproductions or NOS?
