I just won a pair of 57 or 58 Eldo Brougham door panels, Ebay auction number 300125744590. The upholstery is very rough but it appears the chrome/stainless moldings, rear metal framework, ashtray ect are very nice. None of my parts manuals cover the 57-58 Brougham. Does anyone know if  both years have identical door panels & moldings?

Huge piles of engine parts, brackets, tin, Hydramatic & Jetaway parts,  thousands of stainless moldings, dozens of perfect sedan doors.

No, they don't.  They are CLOSE but there are some design and hardware differences. There is an illustration of the rear door panels for the 1957 and 1958 Eldorado Brougham in the club's "Cadillac Database", at this URL:

These pics are small, low-res images for information purposes.  I would recommend you contact two Brougham owners (one 1957 owner and one 1958 owner).  There are plenty in the club. they may be willing to provide  larger, more detailed photos of their respective door panels.

I was bidding on those as well.  The panels you bought are 58's.  The rear panel looks to have come from car #531 and the front is from #525.  On the interior Brougham parts I've seen, the parts were identified in pencil or chalk marker for the car they were to be assembled on.
The 57's started out w/ metal stamped middle sections, not covered with leather.  The breakpoint from this to leather does not seem to be clear, but there are 57's with leather, like the 58's.

I was surprised to see you were the winner, have you picked up a Brougham?  If so, what body number do you have?

Thanks very much guys. No, I'm not fortunate enough to own a Brougham. But, as I do only late 40s-1960 Caddy parts, I couldn't resist getting these door panels. I really need a Brougham Master Parts List to make my lists complete. My intention is to salvage every stainless, chrome, & steel piece of these door panels and provide them to CLC members or other Brougham owners. Many thanks to Yann and so many others for the hard work to assemble such a wealth of information.

I would not take these apart for the pieces.  IMHO they are worth more just as they are, since now you have a pattern to work with, no matter how bad the condition.
Something to conceder.
