Looking a little further, Kanter ----  www.kanter.com ---- has rebuilt pressure plates and clutch discs, as well as throwout bearings and pilot bushing/bearings.  According to their online catalog you must send in your old units first, you won't necessarily get your old ones back rebuilt, but they won't send theirs to you until you send yours to them.  Good luck.

I just had the pressure plate and disc for a '37 rebuilt at Fort Wayne Clutch (http://www.fortwayneclutch.com/). The turn around was about 1 week and the cost with shipping $187. I have used them in the past with good results. They do the actual work there and the guy that I spoke to has been doing it for about 40 years.
